How to Operate Bissell ProHeat Pet

Fill the water tank

1. Remove the water tank from the machine by lifting it straight up.

2. Fill the tank with hot water (but not boiling) up to the "Max Fill" line.

3. Add the appropriate amount of Bissell ProHeat Pet cleaning solution to the tank. The amount of solution to add will depend on the size of the area you are cleaning.

Attach the cleaning head

1. Choose the appropriate cleaning head for the surface you are cleaning. The ProHeat Pet comes with a variety of cleaning heads, including a carpet cleaning head, a hard floor cleaning head, and a pet stain tool.

2. Attach the cleaning head to the machine by aligning the tabs on the head with the slots on the machine.

Connect the power cord

1. Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
